Origin: Morocco
Ingredients: Coriander, Allspice, Fennel, Black Pepper, Cumin, Cinnamon, Anise Seed, Cardamom, Ginger, Nutmeg, Turmeric, & Spices.
Taste and Aroma: Complex, Warm, Spicy Sweet Flavor.
Uses: All-purpose, Ras El Hanout is good in almost everything including Rice, meat, lamb, chicken, vegetables, grilling, and couscous.

I make Moroccan Soup quite often. This time I made my usual chicken soup & added the Ras El Hanout. It was delicious - more lightly flavored than Moroccan Soup cooked with all of the individual spices. It was a nice change & gave me an idea of other ways to use the Ras El Hanout.
By far the best one I ever had. I use it for everything soup, chili, ribs steak all kinds of meat and some fish.... Love it.
First bought at Bryant Park and have been ordering on line since. Great in chicken or pork or whatever you want for a subtle flavor
