Daniel Cube up some eggplant, add butter and oil to pan and cook until golden brown. Add the Israeli Hawaij spice and cover. Let sit for 5 mins. Its amazing.
You could also add pretty much any vegetable to this dish but the eggplant really captures the flavor of this seasoning with every bite.
